Our shipping partners are BRT, GLS, PosteItaliane.
Delivery times may vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the period and the Regions/Islands.

Your PRETTYLITTTLE.it order is managed the same day if placed before 11.00 am so you can entrust it to the couriers for a 24/72 hour transit depending on the Region/Island.
In some periods of the year we do not guarantee same-day order processing.

Returns are permitted within 14 days of dispatch and for valid reasons.
Used products without original packaging cannot be returned.
Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded for any reason; except for factory errors or delivery problems.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the email and all photographic material.
Once we have received the goods and examined them, we will refund/replace them within 15 days of confirmation.
